I have had the pleasure of working with The Buttercup for many years both personally and professionally. Their arrangements are always both beautiful and unique. I never have to specify what I want as my needs are always met and expectations are always exceeded! more

Complete failure on flowers 2/2/2009

I avoid this florist as they are decidedly not customer friendly. Their flower arrangements are often not fresh, and they become defensive, aggressive, and abusive when asked about it, even in a kind manner. In one case, they took over 50 dollars from me and no flowers were delivered. more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 12/2/2008

I highly recommend NOT using this florist for ANYTHING. They are very customer unfriendly and very very rude. There is no communication between staff and my flower order got cancelled and the sender lost money. It was an absolutely TERRIBLE transaction and I was treated very poorly. I recommend staying away from this vender. Pros: NO PROS Cons: Poor customer service, rude, disorganized more
