Exceeded my Expectations 4/4/2011

My daughter had braces from 2005 - 2009 via Jacksonville University Orthodontic School (JU Ortho). I was satisfied with the results after being persistent about my daughter’s treatment, but the customer service provided via JU Ortho was horrible. My son had Phase 1 braces via another orthodontist from 2009 - 2010, which gave satisfactory results. However, this weekend was my first visit with Brace Place. If the service continues to be as exceptional as what we experienced this weekend...not only will my third child obtain her braces from this Orthodontist but I may have braces reapplied to my teeth as well. The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. When I am paying or investing my money, service is one of the key components for me to remain loyal to any business. They really exceeded my expectations! more

Excellent Orthodontic Experience 3/13/2011

My second child is undergoing treatement with Dr. Goldknopf and, even though we have relocated 30+ miles away, we will continue to see him. The employees are polite and helpful, the treatment is comfortable and thorougn, and we are always seen promptly with little waiting once called. The girls have both enjoy going to the Orthodontist and I am even considering further orthodotics for myself and husband with Dr. Goldknopf. more

Having visited a couple of practices to get feedback and costing for my daughter's orthodontic treatment we chose The Brace Place as it ticked every box and also was so convenient to my daughters school. We could not have asked for better service, my daughter is very comfortable and actually looks forward to her appointments believe it or not. I have already recommended my boss whose daughter is now a patient. more

I searched for an Orthodontic provider with whom I could trust, who would be open both early and late hours to accommodate our hectic schedules, and have an office staff with whom my son would feel comfortable; this is it! My son's first words when we cam out the door were Mom, this is by far the best Dentist I've ever been to! Thanks for the great impression on both my son and I. more

Typically when I go to the standard dentist, I feel they don't give me all the information as they perform the inital examination. Mostly they just tell you the problem and type of treatment after the examination, while you are still wondering what all the numbers and stuff they called out ment. I was pleasantly suprised when Dr. Goldknopf had explanined the process of the examination. He was very informative and after the examination had discussed what type of treatment would benefit me the most, as well as a plan and how long treatmeant would be. more

I went to Dr Goldknopf's office for a 2nd opinion reguarding my daughters ortho treatment that she had already completed with another orthodontist. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no doubt that her ortho treatment would have been done correctly at Dr Goldknopf's. I just wish he had come to the beach sooner but I am very thankful he is here now to correct my daughters teeth!!!! more

I have two daughters receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Goldknopf and I am extremely pleased. The office is clean and inviting with staff that cheerfully greets patients and is always willing to assist. Appointment times are real and the patients are almost always taken on time. My daughters feel comfortable asking questions and receiving treatment. All of the staff members take time to know the patients personally and treat them like individuals. They have flexible hours including Sat. times, even though I am moving an hour away I will continue to use this office. I would strongly reccomend this office to anyone who is beginning treatment. more

We have had three kids go through braces and they are all so proud of the smiles they now have. It's been a positive experience and we never felt he kids were pushed into treatment they weren't ready for. We really like the conservative attitude towards treatment and the genuine caring environment and staff. more
