WORST APARTMENT EVER 8/13/2009

The worst place I've ever lived. We had a leak in our ceiling it took them a month to fix. We keep our apartment clean and there are still insects. Maintance can't understand english. They charge you for everything they can think of. They won't allow you to keep anything on your patio including bike, flags, decorations, or toys. They people in the office seem really nice at first but dont' be fooled this is a baaad place to live. Pros: none Cons: see below more

This was the worst place i have ever lived..they have hundreds of clauses in their lease to make sure they can get you for money in any way they want. Once you sign a lease with them, they could care less about you from that point on. I have had a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling for 3 monthes and they wont fix it,water damage from the apartment above me flooding through my ceiling,broken faucet in the bathroom,broken dishwasher,mold growing in different rooms...you name it...the maintenance department is a joke...if you call them..only an answering machine or a non english speaking person if anyone answers at all. DO NOT ever live here. I am moving out thank god...and i guarantee you they will try an make me pay for all these damages. Run far away from the Boulevard more

Run Away 10/25/2006

The office staff is nice when you are signing your lease, but after that they could care less if you are satisfied. The lease has many clauses built in to assure that they can do basically whatever they want and get as much money from you as possible. It's upsetting to know I signed into a living arrangement like this. Nothing has been like I was told it would be when I signed my lease. My recommendation is that you run the other direction as fast as you can! Pros: Discount rent Cons: They get you on the extras more
