The Board Room

I found the place empty when i went to pick up the board i had them tune, I banged on the door called their phone with no result. I had no choice but to rent for the day. When i came back later to pick it up again they refused to give me a discount even though i paid almost 30 dollars for the rental. They threatened to call the police when i didn't want to pay because the rental was as much as the tune job. Don't listen to the guy below, this store is as gay as it gets . The Christy Sports across the street is pretty solid. Cons: really expensive, the clerks are pretty big faggots more

the guys at the board room have a great sense of humor and are completly nice guys. they definatly use some bad language but that doesnt make them bad people. i have gone to the boardroom for years and have become friends with the guys. i personally believe they have a pretty good selection and if you do order stuff you get it in no time. ive ordered loads of stuff and its always been there. not once have i heard someone fomplain about that. its true that if you leave there kids there they might hear some bad language but theyll be looked after and safe. i have never in my years of being there (sometimes just hanging out with the guys) have i seen any of the employers have an attitude. yet, if someone walks in angry because there kids hearing a bad word i could see why they wouldnt be overwhelmed with joy. any calm kind person would love this shop. I've been bringing my kids to this shop since they opened and until now have not had any concerns. Last week, while my kids were on break I brought my kids to skate the ramp at the board room. When I returned an hour later my oldest informed me of the terrible language, inappropriate references and overall rudeness of the guy working there. I asked the employee if there was any reason for this kind of behavior and he just laughed and acted surprised. Even the owner had nothing to add other than I should supervise my kids because they are not a babysitting service. What? I bought a membership to this ramp and that is the response I get?! Is this what $300 gets me?!\r \r This is NOT the same shop my kids loved going to. What happened to the kid friendly environment? What happened to the friendly service? You guys need to address this with your employees because until things change I'm doing my shopping online. more

Terrible service, poor selection and too much attitude. Don't even try to order something because it WON'T HAPPEN!!! I waited 6 weeks for an order that was never placed, even though I was told several times that it was ordered. If you like to hear BS for hours from a non skater or get attitude from clueless kids go there. Cons: poor attitude, poor selection and an obvious poser for an owner more
