Our first apartment when we moved to Clarksville, TN was at the Riverside Drive apts. The walls are paper thin and when you're not listening to everything going on around you, pest control will come in and spray for the unknown residents and they take up refuge in your kitchen. Never an apartment again. more

Worst Customer service anywhere 2/4/2008

The property manager is very rude she always has an attitude she could care less about any of the residents...the apt it self had a lot of problems and the are has lots of crimes/drugs ,bad experince. The property manager would do what she wanted when convient for her and the resident was always wrong and never came first. I would not recomend living here. Pros: pool Cons: everything else more

An aweful experence 2/23/2007

Riverside apartments are a bad place to live. The apartments look bad and there are so many problems with them. You can hear everything in these apartments. The neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. The apartment manager is also rude. It is hard to find a place to park and the lot is set up so stupid. There are people always fighting or yelling in the hallway at all hours of the night. Overall I would not advise anyone to move into this complex. Pros: The rent is cheap Cons: parking area, office manager, neighbors, problems with apartment, broken appliances more
