We called on a Tuesday and he came the next day. He fixed our Top down/Bottom up blinds that we had intentions of fixing ourselves but found it was too tricky. The price was reasonable and he even added some extra cord on a couple of other blinds, free of charge. We would definitely recommend The Blind Doctors. more

WORST SERVICE EVER! 8/8/2011

This was the worst service ever. The guy came and after trying to fix our blinds for a little while, told me he would be back with a part he needed in a couple hours. NEVER came back, never called. Left a huge mess in our kitchen and we had no blinds on our back sliding door in the dead of summer. Monday morning, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called and he said he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back. Lucky for him, my husband had come home early from work and was home, because he randomly shows up at our home (on the phone as my husband answers the door, and give him the ""wait a minute"" finger, as he invites him in to our home). I had been gone a couple hours and still had not heard back from this man, so I called him to follow up. He rudely told me I must not have been home all day and that I must not communicate with my husband. He rudely told me he finished the job an hour before and that it was taken care of and abruptly ended the conversation. I called him back to say I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me and that the only reason I was calling was because he failed to call me back and let me know he was coming. He then proceeded to accuse me of handling the situation wrong, got sarcastic and snide, and told me I was being rude to him. He then hung up on me. I have NEVER had such poor customer service. I am encouraging our landlords to not pay for this service. more
