Great Specialty Shop! 12/6/2005

If you are tired of the annoying talking toys and battery operated expensive items that your child begs for, but doesn't play with, then you need to come in here! The toys are old fashioned, educational and alot of fun! You won't find to many tv or movie characters, but your child will have so much fun with the wooden blocks, cars, trains and dress up items this store offers. The downsize is the size. While it is intimate and fun, it is really, really hard to manuever a stroller around. more

If you are looking for unique toys for a special child in your life, look no further. The Big Much Toys has lots of great toys. They carry items not often seen in the big name stores. Children have a ball trying out all the neat toys and games. They also carry toys that promote learning. Conveniently located on Frazier Avenue. more

A fun store but a little pricey 8/12/2005

My friend has bought my daughter all of her birthday gifts here. There are many fun toys in this store but I find it a bit pricey. There is no good parking but that goes for all stores on. you must park behind near Coolidge park. This is a small specialty store, not focusing on barbies and star wars but more toys you might find in a catalog. They have swinging monkeys and train sets along with sweet dolls and neat ABC magnet books. more

Good Source for Creative Toys 7/24/2005

The Big Much is located along Frazier Ave. and has parking available in back, by Coolidge Park. It is a small store, but is full of treasures. This is the place to go when you want to find a gift for a child that not every other kid is going to have, or when you want to find something really creative to give as a gift. They have a good selection of toys related to literary characters as well such as Madeline and Winnie the Pooh. You're not going to find the latest from Fisher Price or Little Tikes here, but you are going to find fun and imaginative toys that will spark a child's interest. more
