The Bell Tower Salon and Spa

Me, my husband and two friends went there for the jump start diet program. It was the second time I was there for this service and if it wasn't because I was there before I be loss on the instructions. Staff was not to good on explaining everything. Services was terrible by other staff, they did not seem how to do the translation or the appointment. It took then almost 30 minutes and 4 people to do it. One of the staff in a rude manner told me and my friend to be quite because they were giving a massage. There are professional ways to tell a customer to be quite speciality is it is spending almost $600.00 dollars. Anyway, having the massage room next to the waiting area is not a smart idea when the have 3 floors. I was charged $30 solar extra and not until I said something I was refund the money. Price are too expensive. The room where we were taken for the explanation of the program looked like a storage room with boxes and stuffs around. We have to go back after completing the program hopefully we get better service this time. more

It is an upscale salon with well trained associates.The hair dressers are very creative and I've never come out looking the same twice. The advice they give is good & what I really appreciate is that they don't force me to buy stuff from their store & give me other alternatives. The salon is full service & offers fabulous facials,manicures,pedicures & massages! Just love it!! more

I recently went here for the first time. I never know how or where to get my hair done because it is very thick. Usually I don't end up all that satisfied when I'm done at a salon, but I must say I was quite pleased when I left this salon. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The stylist helped me with what would work best for my hair and she cut away! When I saw the end result I was very happy. It costs a bit more than other places, but I would say it is well worth it. I even got a coupon for a free refresher facial or makeover at the spa for being a new customer, so I'll be going back! more

I found this salon when I was looking for a place to have my bridal parties hair updo's. They were so very helpful! In fact I liked them so much that I go there for everything now. The atmosphere is one of the best around. They do facials, massages, hair and many more things. I feel like I am at such a high quality salon when I walk in there. The staff is so friendly and helpful and always want you to be comfortable. They just recently opened up a new store that has many great items such as beauty products and the hottest new styles in clothing. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I love it!!!! more
