Nice location, poor leasing agent service, watch out for the HUGE rental renewal increase at end of lease 11/29/2008

The Calhoun Beach Club offers several venues of upscale living. It has a great, quieter athletic club. Machines & free weights are readily available. The indoor pool is wonderfully warm in the cool months. The outdoor pool has a luxurious atmosphere in the spring/summer and has staff available to get you drinks/food while you lounge. . Pros: Beautiful Location, Nice ammenities, great gym and outdoor pool. Cons: Leasing agents and management do not promote renter renewal, HUGE rent increase! more
