Don't go. The rooms are small, need to be updated and it didn't help that the hand towels had makeup all over them and the bath towels were still wet from the last guest. The two big stains on the filthy carpet weren't appealing either not to mention the tiny shower. I asked them for clean sheets because I couldn't trust that the sheets were changed. I couldn't understand why I had to wait until 3:00 to check in. We moved to a ""better"" room which was not better, only bigger. The couch was so dirty I wouldn't sit on it and didn't want to sit on the dead fly. There was brown stuff on the walls and pink stull on the bathroom counter. There was absolutely no concern from the staff who probably should be on anti-depressants because they are so unresponsive. The place should be torn down and they should stop ripping people off. $279.00 for that first room -- Labor Day or not -- was a rip. The next day the same room was $119.00. They should stop insulting guests who travel to have a wonderful time in the Hamptons. If you go, you'll find out the rest. The only thing they have going for them is that they're right on the beach. It's a good thiing they didn't have anything to do with that.
