The Barn is my favorite Country Craft Store. Adorable and Affordable!!!! Very Comfortable and Cozy Setting. Staff is top of the line, helpful and pleasant. The way I see it...... Only one thing could make it better and that would be to stay open until 6:00pm. I work until 5:00pm LOL. Love you Nancy, Patti M more

we've purchased several items including a dining room and chairs, as well as various other pieces of furniture over the past several years. We have always been thrilled with not only the prices, but the customer service we've received. The have some of the best prices around for the country style furnishings and home goods they sell. As for the negative review about not using their restroom, I've never felt the need to be treated special and expect the rules to be different for me just because I think that's the way it should be. more

They have nice stuff reasonable prices but I just ordered 2 chairs. The one had a wrong pattern and the owner says that is what I ordered and I know I did not! She never offered to reorder, just said that is what I ordered. I prob will never buy there again, They keep that up they will have no customers....I'll drive up to Lancaster County from now on. more

I have been dealing with "The Barn" for years. I am well pleased with the owner and former employees. I have bought many items there, including furniture and have always been treated well and everyone was very helpful. The prices are great, I shop around alot and found them to be the cheapest around and if they don't have something, will try to order it for you. I like the small town feel, maybe because I am also from Delmar. I would definitely recommend this store to any country decor people. They have a little of everything it seems. As far as bathrooms, there is a WaWa and McD real close now, so to me the bathroom problem isn't a issue. With being a smaller store you can't always have everything. more

I just read the other reviews of this store. I for one love the barn!!! They have really nice things in there and the prices are really good, unlike The Country Store in Salisbury (I can't even afford the bargain shop). I have never had any trouble with any of the employee, they are always friendly to me. As for the bathroom situation, I have young children too and we just deal with it or wait. I hope the other reviews don't keep people away from The Barn it truly is a great store. more

I was not happy while visiting this establishment. This is specifically in reference to the employees and the owner. They do not have public restrooms but instead have a port-a-potty outside in the parking lot. My 3 year old daughter and I were shopping when she had to use the restroom. When I asked about restrooms I was sharply answered we have no public restrooms. They kept saying it as if that is the only response they knew or were allowed to say. The weather was rainy and windy and I was thinking out of courtoursy they would let me take my daughter to the restroom inside. That was unsuccessful. When I called back and talked with the owner she was even more rude than the employees. She stated "there are no exceptions". Needless to say, I have shopped there for years, but I will no longer be spending any more money there again. This is Delmar! Small town, small town people atmosphere? Yeah right. more
