This is the worst service store. They have very high prices, don't deliver on time. They are horrible with delivery - 16-18 weeks. On top of that, their customer service is HORRIBLE. In there mind, everything is the customer's fault. While Bellini is across the street, the prices are about the same and the people are much nicer! more

Unique items but lacking in service 8/15/2005

The Baby Place is conveniently located on Route 9 in Natick on the Wellesley line. This store carries lots of great, hard to find baby items, such as boutique clothing lines, cribs, strollers, etc. However, the service here isn't great, and I've definitely waited a while here just to have my questions answered. They also offer a baby registry. I haven't ordered any special order items from this store, but have heard from others that they can take a long time to come in. more
