Took a gift card in to Natural Body today that I had found with a bunch of coupons in my car. The gift card was attached to a little certificate saying who it was from and what it was for...When I took it in, I knew I would have to pay some to bring it up to date with current prices as it was several years old (although no date on card or certificate). When they removed the card from the certificate and scanned it, they said it had $6 left on it. That was an $80 gift card that they took $2/month from when I hadn't used it after one year! Needless to say, I was not very happy. I told them I would not be back. I'm sure they were crushed! I wanted to leave a comment on their website about the poor business policy, but there was not an option to do that, so I decided to let all my FB friends know! more

When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL! more

I love Natural Body for a no frills easy going spa experience. They have never once let me down. They're environmentally friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy going as any spa staff should be. Never a rush, never a push, and lots o' freebies when you visit. Great for the Budget too! I've done the six series puffy eye treatment. It helps! I don't have dark circles or baggies under my eyes anymore. I don't know if it's directly related to the facial, but hey! They're doing something right! I love Natural Body. I've been to several spas trying to comparison shop. So far, Natural Body is a fave. I can enjoy quality spa services without crying about my wallet. Pros: Price, staff, environmentally friendly Cons: Can't think of one more

I've gone to Natural Body for massages, waxing, manicures, facials. Angela is the best manicurist in town. Karen always done a great job for me waxing. I have had several different people for massages and only have been unhappy once. She was too rough for me, otherwise I always have had great ones! I'm glad there is a place so close to home. For my first visit to Natural Body i thought i would enjoy a relaxation massage. Violette was wonderful. Such power came from her tiny hands. I will definitely return to Natural Body. They are my NEW home for my monthly massages. more
