Long-term Car Care 12/19/2011

When I take my car to The Auto Clinic, I know that Gene and his staff will take care of my car as if it belonged to them. They always explain what needs to be done, so I now feel comfortable driving my car over 150,000 miles. This is the shop that I can trust without needing to send my husband to make sure that I'm getting the right services. more

The Auto Clinic is by far one of the best service stations we have ever used -- and that is over 60 Plus years. The staff is courteous, friendly, conscientious and assist as quickly and as accurately as possible. For the past 6 years all three of our vehicles have been maintained and repaired by Gene and his crew at the Auto Clinic. USE THEM -- YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY -- and you will be a customer for life, like us1 more

Great place!! Very trustworthy and professional. 4/1/2011

I have been a customer for over 5 years and have sent several friends and family members to The Auto Clinic. Have never had a bad experience. I feel like they have my best interest first. Prices have always been fair and I'm glad they are a AAA shop. more

I have used The Auto Clinic for all my repairs over the last 10 years and found them to be extremely professional, honest and priced correctly. It is the cleanest auto repair shop that I have ever used (I am 67 years of age) and the owner and staff are extremely kind and helpful. They always explain exactly what is needed - allow me to make the decision without pressure - and then promptly do the work I authorize after I have been quoted the exact price including taxes. I would rate this shop the best that I have ever used and will continue to use it for many years to come. more

Excellent Car Care Provider 12/20/2010

The Auto Clinic is the perfect place to take your vehicles and trust that they will be serviced properly and that you will be told exactly what is needed and you will not be sold any unnecessary parts or service.\r \r My wife drives a 1998 Dodge Caravan with 98,000 miles and I drive a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country with 231,000 miles. Both cars drive perfectly because I trust the personnel at The Auto Clinic to treat my cars as their own. more

Trustworthy and reliable 8/3/2010

This is the only mechanic I have ever trusted. We have four vehicles that they service and they do it well. They always call before the service is performed and they shop around for the least expensive parts. They thoroughly explain the services performed when we pick them up. Their customer service is great and I have used their complimentary shuttle service at times. I highly recommend The Auto Clinic to my friends and co-workers. more

Auto Clinic - Never Again!! 9/28/2009

First time using the Auto Clinic to diagnose a rattle in my engine. The noise was my alternator bearing and the belt tensioner. They wanted close to $800 to fix a $229 alternator and $53 tensioner. That means they would charge over $500 labor for a very simple job. I do most of my own repairs and declined the extremely overpriced service. After I declined the alternator service, they rattled off a long list of needed repair including $426 for new front rotors and brake pads (they said I had 2/32 left of my pads). I again declined. I took my car home and easily fixed the alternator (took me less that an hour) and pulled my front tires off to check my brakes. I had over 3/4 of the pad left. The brakes were fine. At least the dealers I have been to are honest and seem to be less expensive. In short, I'll never go back to this place again. more

Former Customer 2/11/2009

Was a regular customer when it was owned by the previous owner and have been there several times under the current management. They seem to think their service is worth more that an authorized dealer. Their rates are on the high side. They were more expensive on repairs to a Toyota Camry over the dealer two times. They are not very efficient at diagnosing problems and yet have the gall to charge you for the time they waste when diagnosing a problem. Toyota diagnosed the problem quickly both times and did not charge but for repairs. I have not returned since then because of the cost of doing business with them. more

great place...especially for women 1/4/2009

As a female I am always hesitant about taking my car in for repairs but the Auto Clinic has always came through for me. They are fast and dependable and reasonably priced. more

Amazing customer service!! 1/28/2008

When I needed new tires The Auto Clinic talked me through the process. They matched my car with a great tire and a great price. Plus, they have a courtesy van for those who need a ride home and back!!\r The last repair I needed was new brakes. The Auto Clinic actually saved me a bundle on the job. After reevaluating my brakes, I only needed front brakes not front and back as I was told at another service center. All my experience with this business has been time and money saving. I would highly recommend you call them next time you need your car repaired! more
