Quality Art Supplies 7/17/2006

They have lots of different types of supplies from painting to sketching to just coloring with markers. They have so many things under one roof and all are of the best quality, and so paying the prices they ask seems okay. Friendly staff, good quality items, and a large selection of supplies. more

This is a really neat little arts supplies store. I have gotten some really cute little gifts for friends here. They sell really unique items here, including stationary and journals that make great gifts for hard-to-shop for friends. They also have a great selection of greeting cards that are unique and a bit off the beaten path. They also carry a whole line of paint brushes, canvasas, and that sort if you are interested. more

Huge Selection 3/19/2006

This store is huge for an art supplie store. They sell every kind of canvas, paints, brushes, clays and accessories that are art related you can think of. They often have good sales which is much appreciated.They have a well informed staf also. There is alot to do in this area of Evanston, so don't just take a ride for this store. more

The Art Store is a fun store to just browse around at. The staff is very helpful if you have any questions. They have a good selection of all types of art-related products. I have found many a good gift for my sister here. Not being very "artsy" myself, I tend to feel a little out of place here. more

Pricey but good store 10/2/2005

This is a good art supply store for most of your needs, though it is pricey. Staff is knowledgeable and there are a number of other fun items like classy desk and organizational supplies, relevant books, magazines and usually some fun kits for kids. Quality store but not the cheapest out there. more

Neato, spiffy, coolness 8/13/2005

This is an artist's haven, but it also has things for the everyday, nonartistic shopper or browser. Although their collection of paints, pencils, and pads is extensive, they also have other more standard supplies that anybody can use. While their prices may cause a slight bulge in the eyes, the extra dollars simply guarantee quality. more
