I chose an arrangement that cost $70 online according to the picture represented. I then was concerned it would be flowers in a bad vase, so I emailed again saying I would like it to be a modern arrangement. It was 8 flowers sprayed all over with a bunch of fillers, including a palm. A palm!!! I was so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement. I called to express my disappointment and Stephanie told me she'd be happy to refund my money and go pick up the arrangement. It was an anonymous gift that they had figured that I gave it...she was going to go take my gift back and refund my money. Seriously???? Can you just imagine? I'm sorry, we're taking these flowers back....Bad business. more

Simply Beautiful Flowers! 1/13/2011

I had to plan a wedding for my daughter from 1300 miles away on a very limited budget. I found florists through online reviews and then contacted them. It was a bit nerve wracking, having never seen their work, but Stefanie was so professional and helpful on the phone that I decided to go with them. more

Absolutely stunning wedding flowers 7/10/2008

I am so thrilled that I chose the Art Floral to do my wedding flowers. I had a small wedding with a modest budget and they went above and beyond my expectations. The flowers were vibrant, unique, creative, and gorgeous. I had so many compliments on my bouquet. I highly reccommend this great little shop. more

Great Quality 10/3/2006

We have been using art's floral for over a year at my office now and have never had any problems. They are consistant to what they say and deliver on their word. Their work is great, every month we get a brand new beautiful arrangement of flowers. Best part of it is they deliver and pick up everything. Wow!! What a great Florist!! 9/19/2002

This is absolutely "hands down" the best little shop in Utah...or even the BEST shop west of the Mississippi.... their roses have HUGE heads and open up beautifully... not to mention mine have lasted up to 2 weeks!!... The Exotic arrangements are extraordinary and very very "2002+" stylish. This is my shop of choice to the very end... Please keep it small and personable. Thank you.
