The Appliance Gals

I am very pleased with the service I received from The Appliance Gals. I called them on Friday evening and they were able to service me on Saturday. The technician was able to give me a quote ahead of time and the job ended up costing even less than she quoted me. I will recommend The Appliance Gals to everyone I know because they do good work and they cost less than anyone I've ever used before. Plus they have great customer service and showed up when they said they would. I will use this company for all of my appliance needs in the future. more

This is the 3rd time that I've used the Appliance Gals and I've been completely satisfied every time. My washing machine would not drain. They arrived on short notice and effectively completed the job at a good price. I strongly recommend their service. more

I went online Thursday and requested a tech come out and look at my dryer that will not heat up The Appliance Guys call me back schedule an appointment for Friday April 29th between 4 and 7 at 6:15 The Appliance Gals called me informing me that the tech was running behind and could get to me at 8 that the tech would call me 30 minutes before by 8:45 I had not received a phone call nor had anyone showed up to repair my dryer I've been called The Appliance Gals back and left a message expressing how unprofessional this was and I wanted a full refund on Saturday April 30th I still have not received a phone call from The Appliance Gals I called again at 9 a.m. on Saturday no one answer the phone no one has called me back yet I am out of $59.99 and my dryer still does not work. I will be pursuing this further. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE more
