The Animal Hospital has tried to contact this client since we last saw her in October 2011. She then sent us an email on 7/5/12. We sent her an email responding to her concerns and have not gotten any response. The email we sent is listed in its entirety below. We truly care about Baby and her future. I was not trying to accuse anyone, but attempting to ascertain that Baby was on an appropriate flea prevention, wherever it may have been purchased, because flea allergies are a huge problem and flea allergies are the first differential to rule out when looking at a pet with itchy skin.
