Our vet 5/26/2011

They are always thorough with our pets (dog & cats). We love Dr.'s Fistein & Presioso. They are super busy and the reception area can get confusing, but over all they are very good. Also, VERY compassionate, caring and flexible. They truly care about the animals not just their bottom line. more

Cat Care 3/28/2006

The vets at this clinic were rushed and not at all thorough. In addition, I was overcharged for every service and double charged for some! The vet did not even touch my cat when I brought her in. She had fluid in the chest and they did not suggest draining this fluid, putting in a chest drain or anything to do with that. They did a few tests on the blood, kept her overnight for four days without doing anything else and then sent her home. I was charged over $300 for this! I went to another vet and am SO glad I did!!! Pros: not crowded Cons: unconcerned, rushed, price more

A great place to bring pets 8/14/2005

The Animal clinic is a great place to bring animals. The staff is great, right down to the receptionist. Dr. Diestler is the best vet there, in my opinion. The atmosphere is homely, and inviting. Nothing like what you would expect. PROS: The staff and Dr. Diestler CONS: Expensive... SPCA is a better deal, but it is out of my way. more

The Most Amazing Place! 8/13/2005

This is the best animal hospital on the island. I take both of my cats there and I know that they are in good hands. The veterinarians are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to talk to me about my concerns. The vet staff are pleasant and courteous. The building of the clinic is this comfortable, renovated house. It gives off this wonderful homey feeling. Plus, I find that the hours are very helpful, and I never have a problem getting an appointment in on the same day. This is a great business and I have recommended this place to my friends. PROS: EVERYTHING!! CONS: Nothing!! more
