If I coul I would give this place ZERO. 2ND time this month I scheduled appt wks in advance to have my dogs immunized and exam. today 1 dog that I rescued was to be neutered....B...

After more than 10 yrs w/this place 6/20/2011

If I coul I would give this place ZERO. 2ND time this month I scheduled appt wks in advance to have my dogs immunized and exam. today 1 dog that I rescued was to be neutered....BOTH times I went to the centre before 8AM and both times I was told I did not have an appt. I had her check and double check and she assured me I was wrong, so I made another appt for the next earliest time. I came home and 15 mins layer I am called to be told I have an appt TODAY for the dog to be neutered. so I started to pack up the dog again, then I decided to not waste my time again and instead to write this review and have my dog neutered somewhere else. I have been going to this centre for over 8 yrs and not once in all those yrs has the person on the front desk been cordial to me or make me feel that my dogs were important. Tried to call to cancel today apt and next weeks dental cleaning but was put on hold for 5 mins, so I hope they will see my cancelling on this review as I will not waste my time wit more

A life-changing surgery. 5/30/2011

After developing a severe lameness, our Brandy was diagnosed with a luxating patella syndrome. We were told that she would never walk or run normally again without surgery. We did not want to have to take her to North Dallas and spend several thousand dollars for surgery. After Dr. Gleason performed surgery on our Chihuahua, she made a full recovery. We are so grateful! Grooms R Us made my dog a Diva 10/8/2009

We took our pet shihtzu Mesha there to be groomed. They were so good with her because she really don't take to others outside our family circle. We got the full service grooming. They had her looking so pretty and well groomed, we had to go get pictures taken of her. I highly recommend this place. The price wasn't bad either. more

Pippin Greg Dvm - Animal Care Ctr is a great vet. 8/31/2009

I just started taking my pet to Animal Care Center and they are great. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is very friendly. They take the time to answer your questions and help make suggestions about the best care for your pet. more

BEWARE OF THIS VET! 12/15/2008

He's the worse of the worst. He aborted 4 puppies without calling to say the dog was pregnant, and then sent a link showing aborted puppies without heads or limbs, and to him that's okay. He said he does not consider dogs to be family members because they are just that, dogs. What vet thinks like that? Stay far away from this person. Pros: Near by Cons: Murders dogs. more
