Outstanding service and results 3/5/2017

From reception (Jade) to Dr. Pappolla's last injection of my botox treatment, this attentiveness and great service along with terrific results, including a follow up call from a staff member to check on patients after treatment, is why I keep going back! more

Dr. Pappola is excellent 2/10/2017

My eyes are very droopy, I love the way they look after Dr. Pappola inyects the Botox around them and gives them that refreshed, lifted look. I have tried other doctors but none of them have shaped my eyes the way Dr. Pappola does. more

Awesome Cosmetic Artist 12/10/2016

I have been going here for 5 years. Once a year I go in for a tune up. Being a guy I am not interested in the dramatic changes of a face lift but want to look the best I can for my age. He stays current on new and better procedures and makes his recommendations within the parameters I request. The results have matched his explanations. I definitely recommend him. more

I really enjoyed the friendly non -judgemental staff. The receptionist was bright and bubbly and the doctors were knowledgable and sincere. The office was clean. The patient rooms were clean. more

Dr Pappola has been treating me since I was injured in Iraq 2008 and had a facial injury that affects my smile and caused rt facial muscle loss . Because of his knowledge he thinks out side of the box and had given me back my smile plus maintains the facial atrophy with derma filler and has balanced my face out and its harder to balance when there is an injury to begin with . So Dr Pappolla he pays attention to detail. He cares about you. Regards Andrea more

I've been going to Dr. P for several years. He and his office staff (Dr. B and Jade) are always so friendly and make you feel welcome. I appreciate the time Dr. P spends with you and the follow up calls after your procedure. Definitely recommend! more

Wonderful Experience 10/19/2016

I was very comfortable at my appointment. I was seen quickly, and Dr. Pappolla did not rush me in, and out. There was no up-selling, but I was given options with pricing, and asked to think about it and get back with him when I was ready. The staff was accommodating, and even followed up with me the next day. I will definitely be back! more

Michelle is Amazing!!!!!! 8/25/2016

Came in on a groupon and it was the best choice I could make. staff are very friendly and professional. Michelle did a microdermabrasion and peel. She was so nice and was very educated in her profession. She would explain what she was going to do so I wasn't taken by . I could see myself actually being a life time friend. I give it way more than a five star!!!! Loved it!!! more

Facial/Microdermabrasion 5/4/2016

I bought two facials/microdermabrasion's through Living Social for myself and my daughter and had them done last night by Michelle at The AAAC. I was not impressed with the facials, I've had better. Michelle did not give me a full microdermabrasion because she felt it wasn't "safe" since I have spider veins in my nose (I didn't know I had these veins - really haven't seen them). She didn't give my daughter who is only 30 a full microdermabrasion either because again - she said it would harm her more than benefit her because of some issue she has with her skin. I felt that I paid for this service and if I didn't get them I should have gotten a refund for that portion of the service I didn't get. I know Michelle is knowledgeable in the skin area and if she felt this way perhaps she is correct, but again, if I didn't get the services I paid for some sort of credit should have been issued. more
