I purchased an online Groupon for $87.00 for my daughter so that she would not have to pay for her colonics and they refused to accept it and refused to give her a refund for the $200.00 package she had just paid for and had not used yet. They waited two weeks later then said they'd accept it after my daughter uses up her $200.00 package. I finally went in there to complain again and Brittinay did not care. Very dishonest company. Brittinay the office manager is Not professional and will lie to your face. She changed her story 4 times as I stood in front of her. She kept talking over me and didn't care what I was trying to tell her. She was embarrassed as her other customers heard what she had done to my daughter. Brittinay did not care, I finally left and said that I will get a refund for the Groupon I had bought online, she told me that she did nothing wrong and to deal with the online company saying Groupon falsely advertised online for them. I called Groupon and they told me that this ad was approved by Added Touch Colonics and she had the approval in front of her. On top of that, no one from added touch called to complain or pull the ad. Groupon immediately gave me a refund and kindly apologized and said they would look into it and filed a complaint for their records. They refused to take my daughter's Groupon because they said it was not for pre-existing customers, even though Kyle answered online that yes it was indeed for previous customers. Also I have co-workers who also purchases the groupons and theirs were accepted. When I asked why theirs was accepted Brittinay told my Co-worker that she only will make a deal for certain customers only. They just want your money. My daughter tried to deal with them but Brittinay lied to her and ignored her. They over drew my daughter's account when my daughter told them she had no more money in her account. On top of that, Brittany left my daughter hooked up to the machine for and aditional 30 minutes as another customer came in who didn't speak English so she left and forgot all about my daughter. She offered to give my daughter two free sessions to make up for it then changed her mind. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Brittany said she was going to give my daughter a refund and never did. Further more she called and harrassed my daughter and made up fees that she was going to charge my daughter before giving her a partial refund, which she still has not done. Still nothing. We are waiting on the Better Business Bureau.
