That Kitchen Place

In all honesty, I have had many home improvement projects done over the years, and our experience with That Kitchen Place was by far the most pleasant. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. As much as anyone can enjoy having no kitchen for 3 weeks, it was really an enjoyable experience. They were reliable, honest, and timely. I cannot say enough about them We did not start the process until all of the cabinets and other pieces were in place. The whole job took less than three weeks because we did not have to change plumbing. All of the workers and subcontractors were very conscientious and professional. Over the years, I have dealt with people who did not show up or bother to call, but that was not the case here. They were wonderful to deal with. That Kitchen Place has been great. I have my customers go there to pick out materials and get ideas for their projects. That Kitchen Place is also always available to help do drawings so that customers see what they are getting. With other stores, like chain stores, you can make an appointment to talk with someone, but then you sit down with them and they don't know anything. That Kitchen Place did a partial renovation of our kitchen. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they gave really good advice for things we needed to figure out. Debbie helped us with recommendations and design; you couldn't find anyone better. Their service was impeccable. They even repaired an area under our floor that was damaged and surfaced during the renovation. They didn't baulk at it at all, and didn't charge us for it either. more

Everything when working with That Kitchen Place was so smooth and pleasant. There were no problems. They were like family. That Kitchen Place was always accommodating. I didn't like the floor that I picked out when I saw it down, and they said it was no problem. They took me to pick something else out at the warehouse. That Kitchen Place redid my whole kitchen. We tore everything out, and they redesigned it. It is completely different, and we moved all the appliances around. I love it. It took a whole year for me to pick everything out that I wanted. The crown molding, tile, everything looks good. Everybody that comes says, "Wow!" I'm really happy with it. The people at That Kitchen Place are nice to deal with and will accommodate their customers in any way they can. The drawings and samples they had were very helpful. It was a very positive experience. When you work with construction companies, many times they don't really care what they are tearing up and leave damage. Nothing needed to be fixed when That Kitchen Place was finished. I ended up having them do a bathroom for me as well. more
