I purchased over $200 worth of flowers. After only 4 days, i had one plant not doing well. The others were fine. I brought the plant back, not for a refund, but for an exchange. The sales person said it is against their policy to do this. I spoke to the manager, and he said he will not take the plant back without a receipt. I then went home to get the receipt, and when I came back, the manager was rude and said he will not give me an exchange. The state of the plant was my fault. I said what about the other 5 i purchased that are doing well. He said ""not my problem"".
