Excellent Thai Food in the Fox Valley area 4/4/2012

I love this place and eat here all the time. We usually carry out because we have a baby, but when we do go there to eat it is always great service and ambiance. \r \r We used to live in a neighborhood in Chicago where we ate different Thai resturants all of the time and thought I had some of the best Thai and did not think that the best Thai food would be in St. Charles! The owner, Champ and his family do a great job at making very authentic food. Their noodle bowls are to die for! I love the Tom Yum (sweet and hot) soup the best but all of the other broths are awesome. If you like curry, you will not get better anywhere. Try the curry chicken and veggies dish! \r \r My only complaint is that they do not deliver, but that does not make me choose another resturant over Thai Zie! I will get off of my butt and get in the car to pick it up! more

good food, bad service 10/15/2009

The decor is very nice, food was good, but I've had better. Firstly, we asked for a warm place to sit, he sat us at the front table by the door- cold draft everytime the door opened. (3x door opened) only 3 tables full. Second, the server was eating dinner at the bar while socializing with a friend, then after he ate he proceeded to vacuum while we, and others were eating our food. The choice of club music was annoying. We will not return. Pros: good authentic Thai food Cons: Very bad service more
