I am a regular diner to Thai Smile. I was reluctant to go in at first because at night it feels weird to be the only table occupied but now we love this place. The food is the BEST thai that I've ever had. I travel a lot and try to find a good thai places but nothing ever compares to this place. They will make the dishes to your heat preferences. The pad thai is the perfect combination of flavors. Some places make it too fishy or too eggy but Thai Smile has this down. Dinner is very quiet as mentioned but they do a killer lunch. The place is usually packed at lunch time with all the business folks in the area. Pros: Best thai food, fast service. Cons: Not your typical restuarant service. more

i've been to lots of thai restaurant around sacrament area. most of the place i've been foods good but i really have to give it to thai smile they make the food taste really authentic. and trust me on that because i am originally from thailand. Pros: really good thai food Cons: N/a more

Excellent Thai 7/17/2007

This is one of those restaurants which should have taken off the ground long ago and never has. Almost every time we've eaten at Thai Smile, we've been the only people in the entire place. The food is fantastic. Service is decent. We always go back. Pros: Vegetarian Items / Wheat Free Dishes more

Try it out! 3/27/2007

Was staying in the Rancho Cordova area for work and decided to get take-out. Found this place and I ordered chicken satay, springs rolls and chicken pad-thai. The peanut sauce with the chicken satay was great, very creamy...wish I could take it home with me. Also, the chicken pad-thai was very good. Would stay away from the springs rolls...they tasted like they came from a package, but maybe I tried them on an off night. Definitely try out this place. more
