I usualy get something different everytime I go. My plan is to get various unusual (to me) beers & small quantity of high quality food (tapas) in a nice place and get out for cheap. So far My favorite tapas has been the Conch Fritters and my favorite beer here so far is Estrella Galacia Under 10 minute walk for me so I'd like the place to do realy well and stay open, I like to eat early so it's likely to stay fairly quiet about the time I go there. Building must have been a Lums before I moved to Springs, was a popular independent Diner on weekend mornings when I went there around 1986-87 ? . Building was vacant a long time, Went through a couple of versions of Asian restaurant that did'nt seem to do very well, at least not in the early weekday evenings when I stop to eat. Place is nice inside, Spanish Flag outside when open is a nice touch. Via Googling it turns out San Sebatian is City in Basque region of Spain and origin of Jai-Alai game that San Sebasitian residents call Remonte and others call Basque Pelota , pelota is Spanish for Ball, so translation is (grown) Basque Ball.
Pros: Four other restaurants close by on NW 36 Street if overly busy.
Cons: I like to complain and have nothing to whine about.
