Quiet Antique Store with Variety 8/20/2005

If you are just in the mood to wander through the antique stores without a particular goal in mind then I would try out Antiques on Main. I've made a few purchases there over the years. They have several dealers and they usually have a pretty good selection of decorative arts and jewelry. They won't be a bargain, Royal Oak is too trendy right now for that but you will have a good time and you might find something you can't live without. There are several more stores in the area and they usually have a guide map to local stores by the front door. more

Antiques on Main 8/10/2005

If you are looking for an unusual piece of furniture or china this is the place to try first. They had a wide variety in all price ranges to choose from. Owner is very knowledgeable and willing to negotiate on prices. Attractive displays and good bargains were found at this store. more

Antiques on Main has a lot of old charm and great looking furniture and other home decorations. They seem to take a lot of pride in their store and their displayed items. They are happy to answer all your questions. There are lots of fun and unique items to be found there. more

Great food, great price 8/5/2005

Thai on Main has an excellent selection of delicious Thai cuisine. The staff is always very friendly and they are always quick with your requests. The cook seems to use very little oil hence making the real spicy flavor of the food to come out. During the summer the place has outdoor dining which is great for people watching. The food is very reasonably priced and is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. more
