Best Thai in Salt Lake area 4/15/2011

Though it may be a little scary looking on the outside, this place has some of the best thai food I've had. Its cheaper than that place up in Holladay that wins all the awards and it tastes just as good, if not better, at a lower cost. If you like thai food, you have to try this place more

Delicious little thai place located close to the movie theaters in Jordan Landing. Great food and service, definitely recommend. Try the curries, they are fantastic!! more

My Favorite! 3/26/2007

I love Thai food and have tried several Thai restaurants throughout the valley but Thai Delight is my favorite. The prices are great, the service is quick and friendly and everything I?ve tried on their menu has been delicious. The decor leaves much to be desired so if you are trying to impress your date, this is NOT the place to do it. However, if you just want great food for a great price then check it out. Excellent Thai Food at a Very Good Price 8/15/2006

Yeah, you have to go out to the west side of town to visit this restaurant, but, since it is just off Bangerter Highway at 6400 South it is easy to get to and easy to find. Pros: Great Food, Great Price, a Hidden Jewel. The west side doesn't deserve food this good! Cons: Out of the way for some people. NOT romantic. more

Best Thai in SL area 9/30/2004

This restaurant offers to most authentic ""family"" style Thai/Lao food in the Salt Lake Region. I've been to numerous other restaurants and none of them come close to what I tried in Bangkok, except for Thai Delight. This has become the most popular restaurant to frequent among my co-workers and we go at least once a week. Their Tom Kha Kai soup (#15 on the menu) is not to be missed. The Choo Chee or Panaeng curry are excellent. The only downer is now that they are busier, the service can sometimes be slow, but most of the time they are very prompt. Definitely the best Thai food in the Salt Lake Valley. The ambience and location are not the best, but the prices are great ($5-$8). They have a very large menu with a wide variety of dishes. Pros: good parking, not crowded, inexpensive more
