Delicious Thai Food 11/11/2010

A coworker and I go here every week! We love the place. They have a friendly staff that talks to us every time we come in and recommends certain items for us. I always order double meat, and get the spice tray for all you spicy lovers. Pete who i believe is the owner has a spicy option thats not even on the menu, order Pete-Hot and hopefully you are satisfied like i am. I typically get the Pad Grathium, also the Panang is really delicious too. more

Lake Mary HOT SPOT 11/11/2010

I go for the hot food and man does it get hot! the food is flavourful on it's own but if you ask for hot it will be hot enough for most... Ask for Pete Hot if you like truly hot and spicy food... The owner and family treat everybody well and stop at each table to make sure you are satisfied... well done on food and service. the prices are as good or better then any lunch specials you will get in town. go a couple of times get recognised and you will be treated very well. go for the first time and you will be treated just as well. this place is great! more

Chicken Fried Rice makes it worth it 9/15/2010

The restaurant is family own and the staff is sparse but if you're willing to be a little patient, then you will have a delicious meal. The Chicken Fried Rice is the best on the menu while I would avoid the noodle dishes. Their panang and mussaman are quite good as well. The lunch menu is reasonably priced for the amount of food (there are always leftovers) and once they take your order, it is very quick to arrive. more

Lake Mary's Best Thai Food 6/15/2010

I have been dining at this restaurant for years. I have tried just about every dish on the menu. The beef salad is one on my favorites--lean pieces of beef in a nice lettuce salad. Yum! Chicken Satay with it's peanut sauce--great! Garlic chicken with lots of vegetables--exquisite. I could go on and on. I have dined at Thai restaurants all over the world and they can not compare--Every time my family comes into town, they all now specifically request a meal here!! You must try this restaurant!!! Unbelievably bad Thai food 5/28/2010

We ordered take out and it was without a doubt the worst Thai food we have ever eaten. The Pad Thai was a big brown lump of noodles. The red curry was watered down and almost flavorless. I was so disappointed. It was the biggest waste of $25 ever. Avoid this Thai restaurant. Cons: they don't know how to make Pad Thai more

Absolutely the WORST Tai Food I have ever had. My wife ordered the beef salad; the salad dressing consisted of the water that was boiled in the process of cooking the meat. That was it. When we asked for the salad dressing they refused to do anything about we had to pay for the dish that tasted like garbage. I am use to ALL the great restaurants in Lawrenceville GA area like Jamaican, Italian,Tai etc..\r \r If you think this place is good you have not tried Authentic Tai Food\r Cons: Everthing more

Fantastic Thai food, Super Service, in a Great Atmosphere!! 3/26/2010

My wife loves Thai, so I brought her here for her birthday. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The food was phenomenal, my wife ordered Pad Thai, and asked for several additional cups of peanut sauce, which the very nice waitress didn't mind bringing at all. I ordered the Penang, and the spice level was perfect. The atmosphere rivals New York's finer Thai restaurants. It is very clean, spacious. They gratiously assisted my mom-in-law who uses a walker. Plenty of choices on the menu. I cannot say enough good things about this fine Thai restaurant. This is our new Go-To choice for local dining. Pros: Great Food and Service, Clean, Spacious, Reasonably Priced Cons: Only Beer and Wine available more

Best Thai in Florida! 5/30/2008

When I moved from the suburbs of Detroit, I mourned & craved not having the ability to visit my favorite Thai Restaurant in Hazel Park, MI (Pi's). Through word of mouth I found Thai Corner & can say it is equally as fabulous! Love the Tom Yum Soup! The owner was also very friendly & offered my tween-age daughter advise on how to eat spicy food along with all kinds of Thai trivia. We're customers for life! Pros: You can get hot, Thai hot, or extra Thai hot. Cons: Not open on Sundays. more

Great Thai food in a wonderful atmosphere 5/25/2008

We have been visiting Thai Corner on average once a week since the opening day. The food quality, quantity, presentation and service is always superb and consistent. The menu has diversive offerings to suit all tastes. The owner always finds time to greet us and make us feel a part of his family. The place is always clean and well-maintained. Service is quick, even during peak times. We eat out often and this is one of our favorite spots. We have introduced a number of our friends and work colleagues to Thai Corner and they have been equally impressed. We recommend Thai Corner to anyone looking for great Thai food in a great atmosphere. more

My first visit to the Thai Corner was a very pleasant experience. The food, atmosphere, and service was great! I especially enjoyed my meal...the flavor and spices was just like I like! I will definately be back and will also refer my friends and family to dine at the Thai Corner for sure!!!! more

Thai Corner is my favorite! The servers are very nice and helpful. They explained the dishes and were very courteous. The food is always fresh and hot - and consistent - i hate it when you go somewhere and it's different every time! Thai Corner has great recipies and sticks to them. I love the variety of dishes too though - you can pick Thai hot or something a little gentler. The restaurant is always clean. The lunch crowd is steady but they move along very well. You get a good, filling meal for a decent price! What else could you ask for?!? Pros: clean, good service and great pricing. more

Best Thai food in the Orlando Area 5/15/2008

When someone offfers to take me out to lunch, then never have to ask me where I want to go! They all know that the Thai Corner is my very favorite restaurant. The combination of their Mussaman Curry, their Thai version of Sweet & Sour, and their Pad Thai noodles cannot be beat anywhere in the Orlando area. These three are a combination made in heaven.............try the combo on your next visit. We usually have it with Chicken, but if you like Shrimp, ad that to the mix on one of them. The food preparation at the Thai Corner is different than any other Thai restaurant I have experienced only because of the first-hand, hands-on chef's creations, which are better than most because of the subtlety and uniqueness of tastes. Delicious Food & Great Customer Service 5/15/2008

My family and I eat dinner at this restaurant at least 3 times a month. The service and food are always excellent. The food is as good as or better than the best Thai restaurants we have eaten at in other parts of the country. I would highly recommend Thai corner if you want to taste authentic Thai cuisine. You can have your food cooked hot or mild specifically to your taste. We have tried the other Thai restaurants in the Orlando area and find Thai corner to be our favorite. You'll love it! I do!! The food is hot, fresh and delicious. I particularly LOVE the Pad Krapow (Basil Chicken). It's my favorite-hot, mild or medium-I've had them all. Oh, and another favorite is the Spring Rolls. Have you ever had Fried Bananas for dessert?? You gotta try them!! The service is friendly and very attentive-no need to ask for refills, the staff is one step ahead of you. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. What more can I say! AWESOME! Very authentic. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very attentive. Food is great and they are happy to customize your dish with just the right amount of spice. Thai Corner is a great spot for tasty Thai food. The restaurant is casual, nicely decorated and the food prices are reasonable. The best dish is the Pad Thai, which you can have them make it as spicy (or not) as you like. Tthe appetizers are great - the golden cresents are specifically tasty. They are light and crispy with great seasoning. The Thai tea is a nice treat to drink, which is cold iced tea with a sweet cream. For desert, my favorite is the fried banana desert with ice cream. Even when it's busy, the service is good and the staff is always friendly. I've noticed that there are a lot of repeat customers, which is always a good sign for me!\r \r Never experienced any racism at this place towards other ethnicities. This place has deteriorated over the last 10 months.Some of the food they serve is old (frozen and reheated) and their attitude and service especially towards people of color is shameful.The owner,his mother and his daughter run this joke of a place.They survive because they have no competition in the Lake Mary area.\r \r Stay away from this place! If you are an Indian,be prepared to get some really bad service.If there is a wait time,you will be seated last rest assured after everyone who has come after you has been seated!!\r \r Also,I was waiting for my to-go order one time and even though it was ready and sitting on the table(i had even paid) and all she had to do was give me the cover,she waited till she billed some 3 tables(12 people separately) before she called me and gave it.\r \r Some of the waiters are extremely rude when it comes to Indians.They take our orders the last.Dont fill up water even after repeated attempts etc.. and always talk rudely.\r \r If you are not an Indian,it is not a bad place to go.If you are one,think twice before you step into the place! Great Service, Delicious Food 7/25/2006

I love this place. The food id great, they have a great selection, the atmosphere isn't cozy, but it's much nicer than the average family owned ethnic joint. The owner is awesome, he speed walks to get things done when it's busy and he stop to chat if it's slow. The prices are appropriate and the food can't be beat - I highly recommend stopping in.
