I'm really horrible but if I don't like your service I am definitely not gonna give you a good rating on JB. I went to this Friday's that was enough for me. I had to send my food back 3 times (before I decided I would eat it anyway that it came out cause I was starving) and it still wasn't right. You would think that if you have to send it back that many times they would do something for you.
The server that took our order practically sat in my lap, I was in complete shock, and he acted like it was nothing. I have never in my life seen a server sit down at your table to get your order.
Mind you I did call the manager after we ate here but they really didn't think too much about it. He apologized and that was about it.
I won't be going back here. Thats for sure.
