Awesome service, awesome food, and hot bartenders... what more could ya'want??? more

So, after reading reviews, I hesitated to come there, but I love Friday's food and Hooters (across the street) wasn't an option... We were greeted by smiling faces and didn't see a frown on any employee the entire time!!! The food was as good as I remember it always being, and the service was amazing. This kid (our waiter) spent the entire time that he wasn't getting something for us, laughing and joking with us. We were visited twice by a manager, and our waiter waited at our table for my husband to cut his steak to make sure it was cooked right. Every restaurant should do that!!! If the reviews are right, this place has definitely fixed whatever problems it had in the past!!! Thank God it's Friday!!! more

Taking my family to TGI Friday""s after being told that the Red Lobster across the street had a 45 minute wait, was with out a doubt the worse decision decision that I have ever made. The service was horrible, our waiter forgot to bring my wife's soup, never asked if we wanted desert, and just brought the check without asking if we were done. When I took my four year old daughter to the bathroom we could hardly stand on the slippery urine soaked floors. When I asked to speak to a manager a phony attempt was made to page one, and I was offered assistance by an inept flunky who nervously told me that he was the manager. The whole experience was a nightmare! more

My wife , my friends, & me have been to eat at the Raleigh TGi Fridays three times in the past two years and have never had a good experience. The food has always been good and the service has always been bad(really bad). So out of the reasoning that it could not possibly be bad again(along with some coupons to entice us) we decided to try it again this past Friday 9/3/10. We told our server that we have had previous bad experiences here & he assured us that this time would be different. It was different - This time the service was much better(but not where it should be) , the food was once again very good , but we had to wait thirty minutes to pay our bill. We were told that the manager was the only one who could process our bill because of the coupons & she was busy argueing with a customer for over twenty minutes in front of everyone. Who knows how many people were held up during this time? there were six in my party. I believe we have given them more chances than most people would have. We will not be troubling them with anymore of our money. more

Very disappointing experience! Left hungry and went elsewhere! - Used to go there regularly in the 90s and it was WONDERFUl! - Menu looked great and was looking forward to dinner!!! Won't order where I've been ignored for an hour! more

well lets see I never seen such a rowdy place like I don't need to hear people's conversations. This is not a place to take a family at all. The Service takes a while even just to order. The place is packed can't even move around in there. And it smells with cigarette smoke nasty. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TGI FRIDAY UNLESS THEY DO CHANGES I DOUGHT THAT. Cons: everything more

The people there on Friday and Saturday nights they are loud and can't even enjoy my food. I am serious I am talking I can't even hear myself. or my brother.\r It is crowded and the parking lot is poor lighting and people loitering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Pros: Food is good. I have always loved TGI Fridays and the Raleigh location is by far the best in the area the service is always top notch. more

Think twice about going at night. There are people loitering in your parking lot. Get some security. First of all I had no silverware which I over looked. I had to get it off the table behind me. The waitress was so clueless she brought our food without any silverware. The grill needs cleaning. My burger tasted like it was from a burnt grill and so was my daughter's steak. I never got refills on my tea and when I asked for some tea my sorry waitress told me to wait while she took the orders of a table of six behind me. If she had checked my glass once in the entire time I was there I would not have had to ask much less wait while she took orders of a whole table of six. I was so irritated I got up to get some tea and still couldn't get attention till I walked up to the hostess at the front to get some attention while much of the wait staff and bartender ignored me...yes I tried the bar too. The manager was nice and gave some$10 dinner cards but my entire meal was ruined and I boxed up my sorry food and got out of there. The manager is the only good thing about the place. He was the only nice person there with any sense. This review is the honest truth. The place has gone downhill. The food reeks. The service is horrible.The parking lot is unsafe with alot of loitering and poor light. My daughter heard some girls talking about getting high in the parking lot. Get some security. I paid 42.00 for a meal I didn't get to enjoy and yes I tipped the waitress 6.00 which she didn't deserve. You're lucky I am nicer than you are after you made go with out anything to drink lady. It takes alot to irritate me this bad. I would not under any circumstances go there again. Pros: 1 person that cares in the whole place Cons: everything else more

When we first arrived at this establishment we stood for serveral minutes waiting to be seated while the wait staff engaged in horseplay. The wait staff appeared very unprofessional. The food was nothing to write home about. more

By far the worst dining experience ever! Some of our order never made it to the table, my salad was missing ingredients, dirty plates were never removed, no offer for dessert, awful service. After complaining, no manager came to the table..only the check. Do NOT waste your money here!!! Cons: Service, Service, Service more

This restaurant has a fun atmosphere, great food, and the best service I've ever had anywhere. It's great for a couple, hanging with friends, or taking the kids. They have an awesome main menu, and an impressive kids menu. The prices are great, and I really can't say enough about the service. Extremely helpful, without hovering. My husband's water glass was never empty, and he usually has to ask for several refills. In the past at other places, service is either nonexistent, or you feel like they are interupting your conversation every two minutes. Not so here! Something for everyone on the menu, even Adkins diet. You'll love this T.G.I. Friday's!!!!! Pros: Excellant Service, Very Good Price, Large Menu Options Cons: None! more
