I went to the Farmingville location. The service was very good, and that was about it. There was dust all over the wall decorations, napkins on the floor under our table as we sat down.It was around 5:30 pm. We got our drinks right away, and the server was very nice. We waited about 30 min for our food ( the server did come out to say there was an issue in the kitchen) and when it arrived, the portions were so small, I couldnt believe it! The chicken was tiny, and burnt around the edges, and tomato salad had 15-1/2 cut size cherry tomatos, and 3 - 1/2 cut mini mozz balls. My dates food was a pasta dish, and to make the evening even better, there was a blue bandaid in it !! and the manager never came out to see what the matter was. ( She looked like Rachel Ray, only heavier, and didnt seem to be happy, and I wasnt impressed with the tattoo on her lower back that was showing, totally unprofessional for this business). And not compensation was donr for the bandaid. Overall, the meal was over-priced for the portions we got. I have gone to TGiF many times over the years, and NEVER had issues like this at this location or with the company. The company is going downhill , and I am sad about that, because it used to be the best place to go too.I will never go back to that loc, let alone the brand again. \r
