This has been our go-to place for Valentine's Day since we started dating. We go out to eat a lot, and wanted something a little different and TdB fit perfectly: good food, casual atmosphere but you can dress up a bit if you feel like it, great food, fun experience, and plenty of flavor. Make a reservation for sunset near a window to impress your date. It's a little pricey for a regular night, but they do have coupons if you sign up for their emails and they also participate in Miami Spice. For a nice dinner in a relaxing atmosphere, it really works out to be a great value since the food is delicious and the location is gorgeous. The salad and antipasti selections are always very good, with plenty to choose from... from mashed potatoes to roasted peppers to sushi. I absolutely love the fried sweet bananas. The medium rare garlic sirloin is my favorite cut of meat; hubby is partial to the bacon wrapped sirloin. The beauty of this place is that if you like meat, there is something for everyone since they really have a bit of everything. Don't hesitate to ask for a specific cut to head your way--we always let them know our favorites and then they know to pop by our table more often! The meat is heavily seasoned, so we usually just drink the house water and lots of it (not the bottled....remember that you don't have to buy the water if you don't want to; just ask for tap. It seems every year some poor young guy next to us gets stuck buying the water and didn't want to). The creme brûlée is very good; the key lime pie is sweet and tart but the crust is mealy. more

One of the best dinning out experience ever.\r We went for dinner at Texas de Brazil Miami Beach yesterday and I was amazed from the beginning to the end.\r We went without reservation and even thought they were busy, we were accommodated right away. The hostess was so kind and polite. A black napkin was offered to me, what a surprise they even paid attention to this little detail.\r The meats were the best I ever had, and talk about a great selection, and they just keep coming and coming, there is no end … Again AMAZED.\r It was my wife's B-day and we let the hostess know at the entrance; guess what the server brought a delicious cake with a birthday candle on it. We had 4 desserts total, and one was better than the other…And I thought we would not make for desserts but there is no way you can skip it. Their signature dessert Papaya cream is simply delightful.\r The wine selection amazing, so the after dinner drinks we had.\r After all we went to enjoy a cigar, again a great selection of cigars to choose from along with our drinks,\r I had Macallan 25 Years and they have a very nice way of keeping the drink cold for 45 minutes without getting watery, it's a must …a very special machine that compresses the giant ice cube into as sphere.\r \r Nonetheless I was speechless with all the attention from hostess, to servers, to managers that made sure to stop by the table here and there to make sure everything was going as perfect as it was.\r \r I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. more

Great Food at Great Price! 12/8/2010

I went for the first time to this restaurant last week and was simply blown away! For the amount of food that you get it is such a good deal. All you can eat lamb chops and filet mignon??? I'm there!! Wonderful selections at the salad area which I'm not generally a fan of but their choices gave me no choice. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others! more

The other T de B's have better meat. But the salad bar was fabulous as usual. We love the atmosphere and its a great place to go with large parties. more

I was so hyped coming to Miami and going to Texas de Brazil again after trying it for the first time back in my hometown in Vegas.\r \r Sorry to say that this location just didn't make the cut when compared to its counterpart in Vegas. The meat was mostly over salted and/or overcooked. The salad bar didn't impress me much at this location either.\r \r I still ate til I was content, but really, I left feeling disappointed and am now anxious to try this place again in Vegas to see if its just the law of diminishing returns or just location!\r \r I'll give this one a 5/10. more

Superior service, beautiful view, delicious food. For a touch of romance, ask for a table overlooking the marina. The boats bobbing lazily on the water as the sun sets is the perfect setting. more

This is my husband's favourite restaurant. It is a bit pricey, but sign up for their email alerts online and you will receive periodical discounts, up to 50% off your meal! You also receive a free meal coupon (with the purchase of another meal) for your birthday or anniversary. We normally spend about $75 for two with the discount coupon. \r \r This location is nicer than the Dolphin Mall location, some tables have a water view and they have a very nice bar/lounge Beijos which is also nice for after-work drinks on a Friday. more

We were there for a Saturday night date. They have a lunch special but they said we were too late for it but too early for the dinner menu. We later realized we had over an hour and a half, pleanty of time have a decent meal. The meat was excellent I must say but the wine selection was non existant, I guess people go else where for wine. The salad bar was substandard. My simple view on it is I can't cook and if I can make it better, then it should be better. My advice is don't bother, you can get a great cut of meat anywhere else for a 5th of the price. It was not worth it. more

Excellent! Would love to go again! 7/10/2008

This is a Awesome place, it has view to the sea!! the Valet parking its only $5.00 bucks!\r The food was superb!\r I went to miami to visit my family. Dinner for 5 people, great service, the ambience was awesome, music and decor grand! We where impressed. We fliped those coasters and the guys keeped on bringing the Churascos, Filet Mignon, Pork Ribs, Beef cuts, Lamb and chicken! all you can eat!. Love the breads and the garlic mashed potatoes, I really really loved the Sweet fried bananas, that you need to sample!\r If you go, make sure you have sufficient money to cover the big bill, because it is expensive. I would say around $100 per person if you are having liquour. If you are taking your girl or man, you will make a great impression. Enjoy! Pros: Excellent food Cons: A bit pricey! I would say meats are expensive, but why so expesive for drinks and desserts? more
