I would just like to say..I had the best dining experience in years last night @ Texas de Brazil!! I have not enjoyed the combination of ""excellent service, atmosphere, and amazing food"" of this caliber without being in the big cities of the East Coast! It may look like you're walking into an average restaurant from the outside, but once inside...WOW. It feels like you're in a Grand South American Castle! Festive music, enormous flower arrangements, a floor to ceiling - glass enclosed wine cellar, and an army of sharply dressed staff to wait on your every whim! Literally! We tested it! From the constant napkin folds when you leave the table, to the water glass never more than 1/4 empty, to the removal of the empty sugar packet on the table, to clean plates for the salad area/meat without ever asking. If our waiter needed help, he did this peace sign with his fingers on his chest, and there were instantly people there helping him! I would highly recommend Brian as your server if you go there, but honestly it looks like they're all like that!! He made our evening so much fun! We were a little shocked by the price when we first got there, but that immediately disappeared with the first bite of the food, and the amazing service! We had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, even though we had a 7pm reservation, but having experienced what we did last night...I'd wait hours!!! Everyone should check this place out! You will be blown away!! You can definately tell this place is run by passionate people who are very much about ""the details,"" and this is not a once in awhile happening. It takes practice and skill to get to this level! Wow, and once again, huge shouts of praise to our waiter, Brian! Our new favorite place!!!
