Good: The quickness of obtaining Renter's Insurance.. Bad: Mark Shaw with TWG in Irving,Texas took $195.00 for Insc. finder's fee from me knowing well, the company he found would not insure me with renter's insc., because I told him I already had homeowner's insc. with them for 16 year's & had already inquired & they said no. After taking my money, he disclosed the name of the Insc. company. The company which is National Lloyds sent me a bill for $115.25. I paid it & then they canceled my insc. because they said it was unoccupied by a renter & condition of house. Improvements: I'd like them to be forthright and honest and quit ripping people off.. Other: I hope the money Mr. Shaw and National Lloyd's made off me really did them some good, because you don't rip people off without paying the consequences later down the line. God is always watching lest you forget.. more

The Texas Wasatch Group is an insurance broker. I first contacted them for information on auto insurance for one car. We've been with them for some time now, with two cars as well as renter's. They've been extremely accomodating and helpful when we purchased our cars and have also pointed us in the right direction when it was time to change companies. My personal agent is super-friendly and is always there when I need him. I highly recommend this group for insurance! more
