BAD Dealer!! 4/15/2012

These people have hunks of junk for vehicles!! They do a great job of making sure they look shiny and new. I test drove one of their trucks and it didn't drive like a truck in good condition. I'm glad I brought my adjuster friend with me. The sales guy assured us that the truck was in excellent condition and when he opened the hood my friend noticed more than a few cheap replacement parts in the engine. We did the right thing by walking away because all the sales guy did was lie about how great the truck was, and we knew for a fact that that wasn't true. I did a google search on this guy and found out that he is an ex convict! Buyers beware!!! more

The Worst!! 4/4/2012

Absolutely do not buy from this business! I bought a truck there recently sticker price was 21,085$ began negotiating with salesman, got him down to 21,000 with tt&l included then was told to come back and finalize with the owner in person two hours later when he would be there in person. When i returned the ticker price had mysteriously been changed to 23,085 in that two hour window and i was told there had been a mistake and that it was mis labeled. Despite being very annoyed i liked the truck and began negotiations again now with the owner, i raised several concerns about the vehicle, he assured me each specific thing i mentioned had already been checked thouroughly by his in house mechanic. He lied on every single count, an hour after driving off the lot the check engine light came on, i had a friend hook it up to a scanner and the code was for the exact defect he swore was fixed, luckily i got him to agree to a three month warranty before i signed the papers on the truck, after i signed he changed the wording to limit what was supposed to be covered. Didn't matter anyway, after several attempts he made it clear he would fix nothing on the vehichle regardless of our agreement, basically (go f off) breaking our written and signed contract of sale. After having the truck checked out, there was a busted bushing on the radius arm making it very difficult to control the steering of the truck, the main nut attaching to the pittman arm was only finger tight making complete failure of the entire steering system a real possibility, the engine had a diesel fuel leak, and another major mechanical problem we specifically swore was not in existence(making such a statement even at a used car dealership is enough legally to impose an express warranty on that part in spite of a large obvious ""as is"" sticker and a statement that all sales are final. Sadly the owner flat out doesn't know the law or when to not make guarantees, but i suppose if your word and your written contracts mean nothing you don't really have to worry about honest dealings. Flat out the truck was unsafe to drive, materially misrepresented by the dealer and their conduct closely rises to the level of knowing outright fraud. Total repairs a week into my ownership have now exceeded 2,000$. You would be better off buying a vehicle off the side of the road than going to this ""business"" more
