I went here for the first time this past week. It was larger than I thought it would be. Very well-lit, organized and clean-aside from the dressing room area [which is essentially old bathroom stalls without the toilet]. I was appalled at check-out to witness some silly drama between a customer and two cashiers. The lady requested another cashier be called because the line was fast approaching 6 people. The cashier called for additional help but with a terrible attitude. Eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, etc. Once that lady left the store the cashier and her cohort began talking trash about her in front of the remaining line of customers. I thought it was extremely distasteful to do so in that manner. I know its not Neiman Marcus or anything, but customer service and manners are necessary in any retail store imho. Otherwise, my experience here was satisfactory.
Pros: good prices, nice variety, clean, organized, well-lit, nice specials
Cons: BAD customer service, nasty changing rooms
