Worst

I travel a lot for my job and eat at the Texas Steakhouse all over the country. I espically like the blackend Mahi. HOWEVER last night I spent most of the night up wih my two kids...

Summary - Nothing Special - Thought Steak was dry. Potatoe came out cold. Felt like they were reheating old food. 6/30/2008

Salad and buns were good. But I thought my medium well steak came out dry and warm but not hot, the baked potatoe came out luke warm as well. Basically I felt like they were reheating old food. My son said the restaurant was OK but nothing special - not worth the 1 hour trip for us...\r \r If you are really serious about a great steak go to Firebirds in Stone Crest shopping center on Rea road just off 485. I reccomend the chile rubbed delmonico. Prices are not cheap but the service, quality of food and ambience are much better. Pros: Salad, Kid friendly Cons: Steak just not worth it. more

Best Steaks & Food ANYWHERE 12/19/2007

Texas Steakhouse is AWESOME - The food & service are always exceptional. Me,my husband and our kids eat their quite alot because of the choices on the kids menu and when we ask our children where they want to go they always tell us Texas Steakhouse. There usually is not to long of a wait when we go there to eat even though the restaurant stays busy. The manager Robert is always great and makes sure we are happy when we dine there. The Marshall Dillon is worth every penny. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

BAD FOOD! 10/21/2007

I travel a lot for my job and eat at the Texas Steakhouse all over the country. I espically like the blackend Mahi. HOWEVER last night I spent most of the night up wih my two kids throwing up after eating the chicken tenders off the kids menu. \r \r It is too bad that I will NOT be eating at this resturant again. Pros: Usually good food Cons: Made my kids sick more

Great steaks! 7/10/2007

My husband and I absolutely love the steaks! We sort of consider going out to eat here a treat, because we have a tight budget. But it's worth every penny! I would definetly recommend it to anyone wanting their tastebuds to receive something better than the norm. My husband's favorite is by far the Marshall Dillon. I can't decide what my favorite is! Hope everyone is as satisfied as we have been! Pros: The service is almost always very fast! Cons: Sometimes there is a wait if you go later in the evening more

Steaks are the best around - but competition is coming with the new LongHorn - Texas better start having some good coupons or else they will be losing customers! 7/20/2006

The food has always been to our liking. Service is friendly and efficient. Atmosphere is a bit noisey when crowded but probably can't be helped. The new menu does not have as many choices and the prices have gone up slightly. Still, an excellent restaurant where you can always get an excellent meal. Pros: excellent food and very good service Cons: need more choices, handicapped parking is wayyyyyy over from the door (except for 2 spots) more

Best Steak in The Charlotte Area 7/5/2006

Just like Texas, especially the Saloon. Great place to watch NASCAR.\r Texas sized steaks for a man, cooked over real flames.\r Marshall Dillon is my favorite.\r Friendly servers and Angie is the best Manager !!\r Pros: Best Texas Sized Steaks and great Saloon Cons: Have to wait to get in more

Best flame grilled steak 7/2/2006

Hungry? This restaurant can fix that. The steaks are incredible. They cook them over an open flame grill that really brings out the flavor. It was cooked to my perfection and was tender and juicy. You gotta go there for the steaks! Oh yeah, you get a vegetable skewer with every steak and a side item. But save room for dessert, their Hershey Brownie is incredible. Pros: GREAT flame grilled STEAK Cons: There aren't more of these in the area more

Best Steaks grilled over an open flame in the area 6/24/2006

Love the Marshall Dillon grilled steak. The Saloon is a great place\r to meet friends after work and have a cold beer. Angie is a great manager\r and we always enjoy her friendly servers. Great place to hang with family or friends.\r Feel like I am back in Texas !! Great Steakhouse in Charlotte area! 6/13/2006

I recently visited this location with my family and was very pleased with the service and the kid friendly atmosphere. The prices where very fair and the serving sizes were larger than average. We'll go back! more
