Was given an estimate of 375. Ended up costing 560. Can't you at least call and let me know whats going on to raise the estimate price?

I'm always told 30 minutes but it's always been at least an hour. I would rather just be told the accurate time so I can schedule accordingly. more

OIL CHANGE + 6/23/2013

I took my car in for an oil change and had my blinkers checked. The specialists at Texas Star quoted me a decent price and let me know when they could fix it. Thanks Devlin. more

My free oil change was a good experience. I do have one suggestion and that is you could consider using disposable, paper floor mats to protect against soiling the mats in the car. more

Can get quick service 5/30/2013

Got quick service: I am concerned about the inflation of the Motorcraft Oil. Last service on same car was 12-19 and cost went up 17%. What are "shop supplies" that are needed to complete the oil job? more
