Texas RoadHouse 4/12/2006

Texas Roadhouse is a great place for a good steak. They have a great waiting area with buckets of peanuts while you wait. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, plan on a pretty long wait as they are always busy. They have happy hours where you can get a good deal on a meal for two. more

Good food, generous servings, very nice staff 12/15/2005

We stopped in there just three days ago while we were traveling through and it was a lot of fun. It is also a very busy place, but the large staff seems to keep up with everything. We also wanted to buy a couple of their long-sleeved T-shirts for Christmas gifts and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was wonderful and I would recommend the vegetable plate....just be sure to order a baked sweet potato while you are there....YUM! They give you a small pail of peanuts when you are seated and you can just throw the shells on the floor if you want. When we asked for a to-go box, she brought an additional box with four of their wonderful dinner rolls in it. I was very happy to leave a 20% tip. more
