Texas Roadhouse

This place is great. . Friendly staff and delicious food at a great price. Their steaks are delicious and their bread is worth the trip by itself. I am not sure what happened to the folks in the other review - I have been to Hofbrau and there is no comparison. more

Worst service I ever had!! went here once about 30 minutes before they closed and boy was that a mistake! Normally I wouldnt go to a restaurant 30 minutes before they close but me and my family had been busy that evening and hadn't had the chance to have dinner yet and wanted some good food. First off the food was alright. But my main complaint was the staff was down right rude! they just acted annoyed when me and my family walked in. Once we were sat our server wasnt very friendly and the manager turned down the lights and shut off the music we just felt rushed and un welcomed. If you want good food and good service i recommend you pass this place and go down the road to Hofbrau Steaks off of 1314 in Porter me and my family have been going there for years and they actually care about their customers its a true steak house with great food and southern hospitality something Texas Road house could really use. more

Management team places untrained wait staff on the floor who provides bad service. Then service manager does nothing about it and the General Manger does not show any concerns when presented with the problem. Cons: BAD SERVICE more
