I recently sprained my achilles tendon at work. I went to Texas Medical Institute to have it checked out and see what i could do. I've heard with this kind of injury, I might need physical therapy. The doctors and staff were very polite and informative about my injury. They told me I wouldn't need physical therapy, but I would be off my feet for a while. I would recommend that if you ever need to a doctor, you go there.
