I have been eating hot dogs with everything, every since I can remember, and no one makes them like they do at the Texas Hot Weiner Lunch. The hot dogs are made on a grill, the skin is kind of tough, but that is part of the goodness of it all. They split them down the middle and cut them diagonally, into bite size hunks, put them in a warm roll, put mustard, a 'special' chili sauce on them and smother them with finely chopped onions. These hot dogs are 'to die for' . They have other food at the Texas Lunch but I must say that I haven't tries much of it because I always have to have the Texas Hot Weiners when I go there and there is not any room for the other food, but I am sure it is good also!
