This company's automated phone service is ALWAYS broken. It's frustrating enough to have to wait through a bunch of options while a computer talks to you, but when you have to call back 5 times just to pay a bill without getting cut off, it's ridiculous. Their recording just skips around like a scratched CD and then hangs up randomly. When I finally get someone on the phone, they instantly hang up on me! You have no choice but to use the automated touch-tone phone directory. The company does not have on-line bill pay as an option, NO WEB SITE, and they close at 5:00. I have had several incidents when gas was leaking in my house and have had to figure out (that there was in fact a leak, where it was coming from, and how to stop it) myself! I'm probably qualified to work for them by now!
