July, 2010 we drove 4 hours. to buy a truck they said was ready to go, but the truck was not ready, so they gave us a written, signed paper to have repairs made in our home town and they would reimburse. We called, emailed, mailed for months. For months they said 'we are sooo sorry, we will take care of that'!!' They change personnel, lie, lie, lie. We talked to them several times a week for months. They are so polite when they lie. Reassure you they are sorry, it's falling through the cracks, saying they will send the check. In October, 2010, they finally sent a check $286 short. They won't discuss why they won't pay in full. We originally drove off the lot because we live 4 hours away and believed their words and the signed commitment. We still have the signed paper called a "We Owe" from them, which is worth as much as their word. Do not believe them. Once you drive off the lot, they will lie, give you the run-around and not keep their word, even if you have a signed commitment. If you are 100% sure you will not need anything from them once you drive off the lot, then they are your dealer. Otherwise, find another one. Plenty of car dealers out there. By the way, they drag you past the time limit ebay allows to give a bad review. That's how they keep their rating high.
