I hired this company to clean my home and the gal showed up did not speak any English, so I called my friend to assist me in instructing her of what I expected. I was told that it would take 5 hours and it would be $90. I left for a couple of hours coming back when she had 1 hour left, and she told me she was all done but the kitchen. I went through the upstairs and she cleaned the fan in the master and the dust bunnies were left all over my comforter, the glass tables and mirrors had not been cleaned, the master bath tub and toilet not cleaned, stuff around the carpet where she claimed to have vacuumed, the other two toilets not wiped on tank or around outside of bowl, several pieces of furniture not dusted, and then the tile floor was sticky. So I asked her about these things and she informed through my friend that she has cleaned all of these things so I asked her to come up and redo the glass tables at least and vacuum and mop and I watched her clean one table and she picked one item at a time and wiped with a dry cloth. I told her she needs to use glass cleaner and she said that the cloth did have cleaner on it. So I simply told her to continue redoing those couple of things while I called Jim Buitron the manager/owner all he said was that after talking with her that the house was to big to clean as detailed as I wanted - all I wanted was my house to be clean! He said for me to tell her and she would redo and I informed him that I had tried that and it was still dirty. I asked him to send me another person out and he said that could not be done that he had to pay her for her time and since she made the mistakes then she would have to rectify. I informed him that I tried that several times and she simply did not know how to clean. I asked her to leave and she would not leave without pay and I informed her that my house after her attempt to clean it and some things several times that I do not owe her money and she said that she was sorry that I was unhappy and called Jim Builtron. After talking to her he asked to speak to me and he said that he could not rectify the issue today, but he would call me in the morning and to please send the $90 and he would make sure things would be done to my satisfaction. I only had a $100 bill and asked her for change and she said nope and I said well I was not giving a tip so she would need to get me change and she said to take it up with Jim and I told him and he said he would take care of everything in the am. After several attempts, several messages, he finally answered one of my calls and said that he would have to call me back that he was in the middle of something could he please call me back and I told him do not take 2 weeks to finally call or answer phone. It was another 10 days and he finally answered informing me that he felt his employee did her job and tried to please me and that there was no pleasing me and I told him several times that I only wanted my house to be cleaned and that I had never been treated so horribly and he said that he would send me the $10, but nothing else would be taking place. It has been 2 months and he still has not sent me the money nor has he attempted to correct the issue. I am so upset and he is the most worthless person I have ever met and I hope that this reaches all sorts of people to prevent them from being in the same situation. I am furious and hope that everyone that reads this cancels there appointment with this company. I will never use them ever!!!!! Not only do they not do their job, the are thieves, not truswtworthy, disrespectful, rude, and not worthy of anyones time or money. Please pass this on to everyone you know.
