Very Pleasent 5/24/2012

Buying a vehicle is usually not a pleasant experience; however, I believe the staff at Texas Certified Motors made the deal as easy as it could ever be. We had several sales people who were courteous and showed us many vehicles, helping us to find the ""perfect"" one. We needed a vehicle that would be comfortable and reliable. The staff at TCM was pleasant and helpful in the process, Thanks Guys!! more

Salesman was very attentive. He got us everything we asked him for. He explained the car to us. He got us a carfax. He went through all paperwork explaining what each one was. I am VERY happy. more

CAME FROM ABILENE 5/2/2012

We came from Abilene to look at a truck, when we get here the pickup that we are in had a flat tire. Instead of trying to get us to fill out paperwork and look at vehicles, they started trying to help us fix our flat tire. Not even a customer YET and Texas Certified Motors was taking care of us. And by the way, they sold us a VERY nice truck. Look forward to doing business in the future with these folks again. more

Chris Hogan at Texas Certified Motors was friendly, fun and cared to make sure that he found the best truck he could for my family. Chris called and checked on us to make sure we were happy with the truck. While we were at the dealership everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They tried to ease the car buying experience and made us feel welcome.I look forward to doing business again with Texas Certified Motors in the future. In my mind they are the best dealership in the Permian Basin. There prices are fair, their people are friendly and they go above and beyond. more

Texas Certified Motors The Best Car Dealership in West Texas 6/17/2011

I had the best experience with Texas Certified Motors! The Staff was friendly, and made me feel at home. The Sales man was outstanding; he got ME approved on an awesome deal with my low credit score in a short amount of time!! I am very Pleased with my new Truck and I got it for a Cheap Reasonable Price!! My truck did need a little maintenance the service department (Monster Garage) was very helpful they got my truck serviced in no time. I will defiantly pay MONSTER GARAGE a Visit when any of my vehicles need maintenances!! Although the Truck was used it was so well taken care of and clean I felt as if I was Driving away in a brand NEW Truck. I will defiantly be going back on my next vehicle purchase. Thank you TCM!!!! more
