Can't give this place 0 stars, its not an option. But my mom has been going to this play for 3 years now and trusted them,and they knew it. This last time she went their they were going to take advantage of her trust and told her she needed to replace her catalytic converter and would do it for $2,300 USD. When I heard this i told my mom that i would take it some where else and have them look at it. I took it to Ultimate Exhaust in crystal Lake and he physically showed me what was wrong (not the catalytic converter) and welded a new pipe in the place of the bad part for $40 yes forty bucks. Will not go back to Teson for anything, suggest you do the same.
