Tesh's Grocery Inc

very disappointed in this store. yes i am poor with no car and dont carry a lot of cash so when i walk to the store to buy a drink or small amount item i have to buy at least 10 dollars worth of stuff in order to make that one small purchase using my debit card. This is a poor neighborhood but most of teshs products are over priced. they never honor specials like most other stores do on items like red bull, pepsi, etc.. most stores charge 4 dollars for 2 red bulls. at tesh you pay full price for each can. not to mention their no brand name gas is always 10 cents higher then up the road. its just another store that rips the poor man off that is struggling. really teshs??? my family and i will go with out before ever stepping in that store again. more

On Easter Sunday (of any day you would expect a display of Christian values), my pregnant wife needed to use a pubilc restroom badly. After politiely asking the older ostensibly grumpy couple behind the counter, my wife was turned away. Of course we would have purchased something if needed but really? Just by taking a look at the surrounding neighborhood and the purchases of the people in line, it is quite apparent that the owners are only interested in exploiting the nearby poor. Just keep on selling that beer, cigs, and ""novelty items"" (aka drug para) while turning your back on your fellow man!! They remind me of that parable about the money changers at the temple. Bottom line, if you live or are passing through western Huntersville, continue on to a reputable and caring business instead of stopping at Tesh's. more

I called the store to ask if they carried something so I asked for the previous owner Bill Tesh. I was quickly interupted and told that he hadnt worked there in a year and since I only call there once a year they didnt want my business! \r \r I couldnt believe it! I didnt even get a chance to say what I was calling for! If you use them - dont count on any customer service. more
